54~Epilogue from 'Frozen, A Disney-esque New Zealand'

The photos and outtakes from an eventful traverse tour of this country will complete our showing today...

Freezing cold bush camps. But with a view like that, could the Flying Kiwis complain?

Dinner for the troops, prepared and eaten in the outdoors:
Amy, a dab hand in the outdoor kitchen, worked with a rota of sous chefs:
Elien and Jess's friendship sealed at the geothermal wonderland of Rotorua:

After Jess was convinced to strip down to her undies (having forgotten her bikini), the girls relished in the warmth of the hot springs and the refreshing waterfall:
Gorgeous locations were aplenty. Scenery was enjoyed in every twist and turn of the bus:

Jess walks barefoot on a rare warm day in Kaikora:
Catherine, an awesome girl, basks in the warmth too. If there was time she would feature heavily in the sequel- she and Jess formed an friendship and Jess will see her in England:
Just to remind viewers why the script is entitle 'Frozen'. Here is Catherine 2 days later:
The Flying Kiwis hike in Hooker Valley, heading to the glacier of Mount Cook:
A duck is interested in the Ferg Burger (this burger is raved about all over this side of the world; I first caught wind of it back in Fiji where the naughty boys I shared a dorm with dined on these daily over a period of 2 months), this was a tofu one. Quite good but I personally could not see what all the fuss was about. The duck with his beak on my knee, was clearly swept up in the hype and possibly the throws of addiction:

The girls that danced the night away in the Irish Pub, pose for a picture the next morning. Post hike to blow the late night cobwebs away:
Many hours spent on the bus:
The Flying Kiwis climb the steepest street:

Paul Wilson:

Hot Water Beach and the Flying Kiwis dig holes in the sand for our very own hot pool in which to bathe. Scolding hot in some parts, so a few pool hopped.

Ferry ride:
Shared moments:

So Jess learns:

Love the world and yourself in it, move through it as though it offers no resistance, as though the world is your natural element.
― Audrey Niffenegger, The Time Traveler's Wife

Thank you New Zealand and Flying Kiwi friends. It was epic. We were free and in nature. Together. And that took the icicles right out of being frozen.
